If you have recently registered for or completed a training with The Peacemaker Program, Inc, you may have been asked to complete a Training Survey. Please reference your printed or electronic training materials to find the following information:
- Your Username and Password. These are required in order to complete a survey. Once you have these, you may log in using the fields at the top right of this page.
- Your Survey Title. Once you have logged in, currently active surveys will appear in the Training Surveys Menu to the right. Please complete only the survey for your group, by selecting it from the menu to the right, and clicking on the title.
Each survey is available only for a limited time. Please complete the survey only once per person. Thank you for your time!
